All electricity, night storage heating, and fuel for the wood burning stoves is included in the price. |

A washing machine, tumble drier and airing facilities are available free of charge in the communal utility room. There is also a boot drying rack. |

Bedding |

|
|
All bed linen is provided. Guests are requested to bring their own towels. |

Freezer |

A freezer is available on request. |

|
Extra Beds |
|
|
|
Guests may make their own bedding arrangements to sleep one extra person in each cottage. |

Smoking |
|
|
|
For the benefit of most guests and for safety these are no smoking cottages. |

Babies |
|
|
|
A high chair and cot are available on request. |

Candles and incense sticks |

Due to the fire risk candles and incense sticks are not permitted. |

Parking |
|
|
|
Parking is available off-road in the owners large driveway. |

Arrival and departure |
|
|
|
Departure is by 10am, arrival after 4pm, unless arranged otherwise. |
